CHOC ICE
CHOC ICE
A 50/50 blend of Sitio Da Torre from Brazil and Altamira de Chirripó from Costa Rica, Choc Ice is all about texture. Purposefully roasted to shine as a cold coffee, it delivers the perfect balance between straight-up delicious espresso and cold brews, making it the must-have summer staple for your espresso rotation.
A favourite on our annual Brazil line-up, Sitio da Torre from Minas Gerais, Brazil, is produced by Alvaro Coli. A dedicated member of COCARIVE, Alvaro began his speciality coffee journey in 2000 at the cooperative in Mantiqueira de Minas. His commitment quickly led to awards and success in the Cup of Excellence (CoE). This Yellow Bourbon lot reflects his innovative approach to coffee, capturing his philosophy: "Let me try a little bit, and we'll see; why not?"
To amplify the rich chocolate crunch and texture of the Sitio Da Torre, Altamira de Chirripó, from MICEPA Micromill in Costa Rica, represents the work of the extended Ureña, Bourbon, and Araya families. One of our favourite seasonal coffees, it contributes a sweet, creamy hazelnut base that keeps us coming back for more.

FRUIT PUNCH
FRUIT PUNCH
Combining the anaerobic natural Nandi Hills from Kenya and the washed-process Flor del Café from Guatemala, Fruit Punch is purposefully roasted to shine as an iced filter coffee. Bringing all the cool this summer, whether you are after that juice-bomb pick-me-up or need an instant escape to the beach with coffee-over-crushed-ice refreshment, Fruit Punch is for you!
Only the second coffee we've worked with from Nandi County in Kenya, a region famous for tea production, Nandi Hills packs a punch! Produced by the single-estate Great Rift Coffee, this anaerobic natural lot not only brings the fresh-fruit-bomb qualities alchemised by 96 hours of closed-tank fermentation, it also highlights an exciting region! Combined with the brighter, berry notes of Flor del Café, the summer vibes run abound!
Flor del Café, quickly becoming a seasonal favourite, is produced by first-generation coffee producer Ramon Pablo Chalez on his farm, Los Pablos. This coffee exemplifies the quality and work of small-scale indigenous farmers in the Huehuetenango region. Ramon personally oversees the post-harvest processing, and his meticulous attention to detail is what makes this coffee exceptional. Perfect for summer brewing, it's the silky body and bright notes of berry and orange that we keep coming back to.
